Announcing...

I am happy to announce the fourth release in the Everyone's Guide to the Feynman Lectures series: Feynman Simplified 3A: Quantum Mechanics Part One

Responding to keen reader interest, we decided not to delay quantum mechanics until after electrodynamics. Instead, we are rearranging the order of topics to address quantum mechanics as soon as possible.

Feynman Simplified 3A covers the first half of Volume 3 and chapters 37 and 38 of Volume 1 of The Feynman Lectures on Physics. The topics we explore include:

    *     Why the Micro-World is Different
    *     Quantization and Particle-Wave Duality
    *     Indeterminism and the Uncertainty Principle
    *     Probabilities and Amplitudes
    *     Identical Particle Phenomena
    *     Bosons and Spin One
    *     Fermions and Spin One-Half
    *     Time Evolution and the Hamiltonian Operator
    *     The Two-State Ammonia Maser

It is very gratifying that readers have responded so enthusiastically to the Feynman Simplified series. The first three eBooks, 1C, 1A, and 1B have ranked as high as #1, #2, and #3 respectively in sales in their categories on Amazon.
